Aftera lengthy civil war, El Salvadorwent through a series of monumentalchanges in regard togovernance. Peter’s research willfocus on the peace process thatfundamentally shifted a oncemilitary-dominated governmentto a functional democracy. Hewill also be working with anNGO in San Salvador that educatesSalvadoran people aboutdemocratic values and the role ofcitizens in a democracy.Albert-Hyukjae Kwon graduatedfrom M.I.T. with a B.S.in Biology. He will continuehis studies at Harvard MedicalSchool this coming fall.2008Leif Jacobsen won this year’sNew England PGA JuniorChampionship, held at BrooklineGolf Club in July. Leif shotrounds of 71 and 74 to finish thetwo-day tournament at three overpar.
