The way I understandit, the youth league did not have enoughto have an A or B team this year, either. Ihope it is not a trend for the future,” BuffaloMiddle principal Elizabeth Ryder saidFriday afternoon.Buffalo did not have enough players tofield an A team last year.This result comes after the Buffalo Middleteam had an undefeated (9-0) county championshipseason in 2012. Last year C-K wasunable to field a middle school team. Mostplayers went to play for the county runnerupVinson Middle team, while a few wentto Buffalo.Buffalo Middle teacher Steve Diamondis the head coach at C-K this year. Accordingto Ryder, the players will go to C-K toplay this year. Ryder added that althoughthe situation is disappointing, the school isworking together with C-K to ensure theplayers have a great season.“We are working together.
