The survey aimed to identifythe climate change actions being implemented by councils and examine theassociated barriers, drivers and future needs.The survey design took into account questions from previous climate change surveysin an attempt to both complement past findings and benchmark ongoing progresstoward climate change mitigation and adaptation.
