This form can be obtained from <strong>the</strong> ‘Forms’ section in <strong>the</strong> BIB Information Centre atwww.hsbc.co.uk/bibinfo (form 5).8 Deregistering <strong>the</strong> <strong>Business</strong>A request to de-register <strong>the</strong> business from <strong>Business</strong> Internet Banking should be forwarded to yourBranch/Relationship Manager.
