JOB SPECIFICATIONPosition title: Business AnalystEducation:Technical Skills:Desirable - Bachelor Degree in business, commerce, computer science, information technology orengineering. CBAP or CCBA desirable.Demonstrated ability to model data and processes, experience in implementing process changeand producing supporting documentation, documenting and executing test scripts experience,experience in writing business functional and non-functional requirements documents. Anunderstanding of user needs and a business outcome approach. Experience in use casedocumentation. Experience in the design of technical based solutions.Industry experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a business analyst role. Experience as a business analyst onBPMN. Experience in the analysis of both business processes and the design of technologybased solutions.Management skills:Personal qualities:Technology skills:Language skills:Communication:Not requiredPositive, high energy, ‘can do’ mindset, determined, results oriented, strong people skills. Veryinquisitive mind that seeks to understand how things work. Team player.
