Panellists all have involvement with Indigenoushealth and medical education in the Northern Territory and will share their views on the delivery ofIndigenous health teaching and learning programs, in line with sustainable community partnerships, with aforward looking focus on Indigenous health and medical education into the future.Panellists:Cheryl DavisFlinders University, Northern TerritoryCheryl Davis is a Yuet and Baladong woman from the Noongar region in the southwestof Western Australia. Cheryl has spent at least 14 years teaching both Indigenousand non-Indigenous students about health and Aboriginal health respectively. Cherylworked at Curtin University for 12 years and just recently spent 12 months at CharlesSturt University before joining Flinders University. Cheryl has a Bachelor of HealthScience and a Master’s in Public Health. Cheryl is currently studying a Masters byresearch and is hoping to convert to PhD about ‘Noongar people’s knowing, being anddoing health and wellbeing and their use of bush medicines and healing in their own health’.32
