Our responsibility is to express an opinion on thesefinancial statements and financial highlights based on our audits.We conducted our audits in accordance with the standards of the PublicCompany Accounting Oversight Board (United States). Those standardsrequire that we plan and perform the audit to obtain reasonable assuranceabout whether the financial statements and financial highlights arefree of material misstatement. An audit includes examining, on a testbasis, evidence supporting the amounts and disclosures in the financialstatements. Our procedures included confirmation of securities owned asof May 31, 2014, by correspondence with the custodian and brokers or byother appropriate auditing procedures. An audit also includes assessing theaccounting principles used and significant estimates made by management,as well as evaluating the overall financial statement presentation.
