Staff directed to return with furtherCEQA Findings and Minor Use Permit findings for final approval at a future Boardmeeting.2:00 p.m.30. COUNTY COUNSEL/CAMPAIGN FINANCE REFORM - Give direction on thepreferred Campaign Disclosure and Contribution Limitation Ordinance provisions toenable staff to amend accordingly and represent at a future meeting.MOTION Gaines/Santucci/Unanimous Candidates <strong>of</strong> Local Office to provide FPPCrequired reports, collected by the Elections Department. Elections Department directed tohave them scanned and provided via the Internet with a caveat that during the last 16 days<strong>of</strong> the election contributions would be recorded within a 48-hour time frame, with theexception <strong>of</strong> the last two days <strong>of</strong> the election.
