Notches in double T'snot flush with bearing seat (appears girders were not long enough for the span). D/S curb overhang spalled(significant) at mid span under handrail with rebar visible. Salt leaching on underside <strong>of</strong> curb overhang d/s. Minorrebar staining on double T's. No end blocks and missing 3 hazard markers.
