Assignments are tailored to the student’sneeds, including basic merchandising, displays, cash registerexperience and selling to customers. Students are supervised bythe coordinator of the program and assigned to work directlyunder a specific store manager who serves as the on-the-jobtrainer.BS127A Quality Management, 3 cr.Principles and success factors for quality improvement for workgroup supervisors. Focus on skills and knowledge needed bysupervisors to lead quality improvement in their work areas.Quality philosophies, concepts and improvement actions will behighlighted.
