Successful merchants not only have a great product range but also offer <strong>the</strong>ir customers<br />
a service which distinguishes <strong>the</strong>m from <strong>the</strong>ir competitors. Someone who is able to<br />
reconcile <strong>the</strong>se two things and also works profitably, will be a successful player on <strong>the</strong><br />
market. Westdeutscher Metall-Handel (WMH) has been winning over a large number<br />
of customers <strong>for</strong> decades thanks to a plus in service. The certified supplier has also<br />
established itself in <strong>the</strong> aviation <strong>industry</strong>. The numerous requirements at WMH are<br />
realized in <strong>the</strong> <strong>ERP</strong> <strong>system</strong> by <strong>ABAS</strong>. The <strong>system</strong>, which was implemented by <strong>the</strong> IT<br />
service provider ComputerKomplett SteinhilberSchwehr, provides all <strong>the</strong> necessary<br />
in<strong>for</strong>mation and ensures a high level of in<strong>for</strong>mation transparency as well as in<strong>for</strong>mative<br />
cost accounts.<br />
