The grant should be acknowledged in annual reports and accounts covering the period of thefunding as follows: ‘The grant is from the Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids’ Clubs Objective 1 project,which is part financed by the European Union through the Welsh Assembly Government.‘All applicants must notify Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids’ Clubs in writing of any change of the club’saddress and contact details.With regards to the child named on the application, all childcare places must still be booked inadvance at the club. The club must inform Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids’ Clubs if:• the child fails to turn up at club three times in succession,• the child leaves the provisionIn each case the grant offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids’Clubs.Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids’ Clubs also has the right to withhold payment or request repayment ofthe grant, or any part of it, at its discretion in the following circumstances:• There is a breach of these terms and conditions• The application form and supporting documentation were completed dishonestly or withincorrect or misleading information or misleading or inaccurate information was providedduring the period of the grant.• The club fails to complete the work for which The Kids’ Clubs Project funding has beengiven within the period stated in the application.• The club ceases to operate, is dissolved or insolvent, or is put into administration,receivership or liquidation during the grant period.The provision of the grant award is dependent upon the continued funding from The WelshEuropean Funding Office and the funding arrangements in it.All correspondence should be addressed to:Patrice MetroProject ManagerThe Kids’ Clubs ProjectClybiau Plant Cymru Kids’ Clubs62 Plymouth StreetSwanseaSA1 3QQpage 4 of 6Extra Hands grantObj1M/KF/App/EH/220607
