Terms and ConditionsThe grant offered must be used only for the purposes described and itemised in the application.Changes in the use are not permissible without prior approval from Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids’Clubs.The grant will be paid when Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids’ Clubs receives formal acceptance of thegrant offer from the club. The grant will be paid by cheque.The club must inform Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids’ Clubs in writing if the circumstances under which itapplied for this funding change. Funding may be withdrawn.Any underspend of the grant at the end of the period must be returned to Clybiau Plant CymruKids’ Clubs.The club must inform Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids’ Clubs in writing if anyone else offers funding forthe same purpose at any time during the grant period.All parents/carers whose children are supported will adhere to the policies and procedures of theclub that the child attends, including booking and payment arrangements. Failure to do so willresult in the withdrawal of the funding.The ‘extra hands’ playworker funded with this grant is employed by the club. It is the club’sresponsibility to ensure that the playworker is suitable, based on a current Enhanced Disclosurefrom the Criminal Records Bureau as well as any other club and legal requirements. Theplayworker must also work within the boundaries of the club’s policies and procedures, which mustinclude: a confidentiality policy, a managing behaviour policy, a child protection policy, an equalopportunities policy and a health and safety policy.It is the club’s responsibility to ensure the suitability, training and experience of the ‘extra hands’playworker.The club must comply with all laws regulating the way they operate, the work carried out, staffemployed.The club must maintain adequate insurance at all times including employee and public liabilityinsurance.It is the responsibility of the club to ensure the inclusion of the child named in the application in allactivities.The club must participate in monitoring and evaluation conducted by The Kids' Clubs Project, itscontractor/s or those of the Welsh European Funding Office, Welsh Assembly Government and/orEuropean Commission.A representative from The Kids’ Clubs Project will visit the club to monitor the attendance of thechild and the success of the inclusion of the child in activities at the club and to view the club’sinsurance. Views of the child and parents/carers will also be evaluated at the conclusion of thesupport.Proper and up to date accounts and records related to the grant must be retained by the club until31 st December 2014 and will be available to Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids’ Clubs, Welsh EuropeanFunding Office, Welsh Assembly Government and/or European Commission on request.
