90รายงานความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมปี 2552PTT Group's CSR Report 2009การรายงานเหตุการณ์เกือบเกิดอุบัติเหตุ และสภาพหรือการกระทำที่ต่ำกว่ามาตรฐาน เป็นอีกหนึ่งกลไกเชิงป้องกันในการป้องกันการสูญเสียของกลุ่ม ปตท. โดยมีการเก็บข้อมูลทั้งข้อมูลด้านการรายงาน และการติดตามการแก้ไขทั้งกับเหตุการณ์เกือบเกิดอุบัติเหตุและสภาพหรือการกระทำที่ต่ำกว่ามาตรฐานนอกเหนือจากด้านความปลอดภัยและอาชีวอนามัยแล้วกลุ่ม ปตท. ได้ให้ความสำคัญต่อการระบาดของโรคติดต่อที่อาจส่งผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพของพนักงานและครอบครัวโดยการระบาดของโรคไข้หวัดใหญ่ 2009 ในปีที่ผ่านมากลุ่ม ปตท. ได้มีการตอบสนองต่อเหตุระบาดโดยรณรงค์ให้ความรู้แก่พนักงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง มีการแจกหน้ากากอนามัย อุปกรณ์ทำความสะอาดมือ การดำเนินกิจกรรม 5สภายใต้แนวคิดมุ่งเน้นป้องกันการระบาดของโรคไข้หวัดใหญ่2009 ณ อาคารสำนักงานใหญ่ การกำหนดมาตรการและติดตั้งอุปกรณ์เพื่อลดการแพร่กระจายของเชื้อ จนทำให้ได้รับผลกระทบจากการระบาดใหญ่ครั้งนี้น้อยมาก รวมทั้งได้จัดทำแผนจัดการเหตุไข้หวัดใหญ่ระบาดใหญ่ โดยมีการแบ่งแผนดำเนินการในระดับการเตือนภัยต่างๆ และแผนดำเนินการหลังเหตุระบาด นอกจากนั้น ยังร่วมจัดกิจกรรมรณรงค์ให้ความรู้ แจกหน้ากากอนามัยและเจลล้างมือแก่ประชาชนในพื้นที่ที่หน่วยงานตั้งอยู่ เช่น จังหวัดระยองอีกด้วยความปลอดภัยบนท้องถนนกลุ่ม ปตท. ให้ความสำคัญกับความปลอดภัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขนส่ง โดยหนึ่งในตัวชี้วัดด้านความปลอดภัยคือจำนวนอุบัติเหตุจากการจราจรทางบก เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าความปลอดภัยทั้งของพนักงานกลุ่ม ปตท. และผู้ใช้ถนนได้รับการควบคุม โดยมีการอบรมและควบคุมให้ผู้ขับขี่มีใบอนุญาตประเภทที่กำหนดในกฎหมายให้ขับรถขนส่ง ตลอดจนมีการวางแผนการขนส่งที่หลีกเลี่ยงช่วงเวลาการจราจรหนาแน่นหรือหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินทางผ่านพื้นที่ที่มีชุมชนอยู่อย่างหนาแน่น ซึ่งจะช่วยลดปริมาณก๊าซเรือนกระจกที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการจราจรติดขัด และลดความเสี่ยงที่จะเกิดอุบัติเหตุขณะการจราจรหนาแน่นและการหกรั่วไหลที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นตามมาการดำเนินงานกับผู้ร่วมลงทุน คู่ค้า และผู้รับเหมาการดำเนินงานกับผู้ร่วมลงทุน และคู่ค้า: การร่วมลงทุนที่กลุ่ม ปตท. สามารถควบคุมได้ จะดำเนินธุรกิจตามนโยบายของกลุ่ม ปตท. ซึ่งรวมถึงหลักการบริหารจัดการด้านคุณภาพ ความมั่นคง ความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยมีการวัดผลการดำเนินงานตามตัวชี้วัดAnother mechanism to prevent losses in PTT Group isreports on near-miss and substandard act/conditions.Data collection will be made both for making reportsand for corrections of near-miss and substandardact/conditions.In addition to safety and occupational health, PTT Grouppays attention to communicable diseases which mayaffect the health of staff and their family members. It, moreover, helda campaign to provide knowledge, distribute facemasks and hand cleaning gel to people around operatingsites, such as Rayong.Road SafetyPTT Group values transport safety. One of the keyperformance indicators concerning safety in this areaof work is the number of road accidents. This is toensure safety for both PTT Group’s own staff and otherroad users. In addition to providing training, PTT has astringent rule that truck drivers must possess the correcttype of driving license.
