To perform my duties to the best of my ability in the operationsof facilities for which I am responsible.2. To endeavor to keep myself informed in the technology of myfield, utilizing membership and participation in technical andprofessional organizations, technical, literature, and researchwhenever possible.3. To refrain from participating in any endeavor which to myknowledge is fraudulent or contrary to public and privatewelfare, or contrary to the welfare of my employer.4. To oppose incompetent and incomplete inspections, sampling,analysis, testing, consultation, development, and researchwork. And in all instances, to exemplify complete intellectualhonesty in obtaining, interpreting and reporting data.5. To refrain from making degrading remarks about fellowmembers or any insinuations tending to lower confidence inthe waste treatment field. This does not preclude, however,rendering professional opinions on specific applicationsresulting from the endeavors of others.6.
