BONDTEC EP-11Structural Epoxy GelDESCRIPTIONBondtec EP-11 structural epoxy gel is a high modulus, high strength epoxy gel which designed for the bonding newconcrete to old, surface sealing of cracks prior to injection and surface spall repairs. It is great for overhead andvertical patching in layers up to two inches thick.USES• Precast components/concrete slab• Bonding plastic to hardened concrete• Patching spalls and popouts• Beams and columns• Surface sealing prior to injection• Surface crack repair by saw cut/patch repair• Setting vertical and horizontal anchor bars• Marble & tile fixingMETHOD OF USEAs with any epoxy adhesive, surface preparation is most important. Concrete surfaces to which this product is toapplied, should be cleaned by waterblasting, sandblasting or other mechanical means. All loose or unsoundmaterial must be removed. If patching the outer perimeter of the spall should be saw cut or chipped to near vertical.Surfaces should be dry and dust free to ensure a superior bond.This product will cure in the presence of moisture although application onto wet surface is not recommended.Mixing should always take place at the proper ratio and mix for not less than three minutes. Longer mixing timesmay be required in cooler weather.
