(I.e. It will not transfer tofingers when touched). Theprimer is flammable!On Other Surface:On non bituminous surfaceslike concrete, old asphalt,paving stones, flagstones or oldmarkings, Ultracrete 20-20primer must be used in orderto obtain a satisfactory bond.The primer acts like a fusingagent between the two surfacesthen processed as above.PLACINGApplication on Asphalt:Draw guide lines for the correctpositioning of the material. Pre-heatmaking sure all moisture is removed.Take the Ultracrete 20-20 Instalinefrom its protective wrapping and placeon the road. Heat the marking with apropane torch, following a pattern sothat the entire area is sufficientlyheated – watch for bubbling of thematerial and the change of colour.
