Themarket steers and barrowsare in the barns, and the educationalexhibits for adultsand youth are still in fullswing.Also, there is a rumor thatyou can score some deals inthe Exhibit Hall from all thevendors on the last weekend.This week’s results include the heifershow. There were five <strong>Wise</strong> <strong>County</strong>4-H youth showing and each did aFocuson 4-Hwonderful job. Ryan Holaway’sMaine Anjou heiferwas a division champion. AubreyFortenberry’s Herefordheifer placed second. SheridanShallene’s Angus heifercame in at fourth place. MichaelaCross’s Santa Gertrudisheifer was in full spiritas she placed ninth. KatieClaborn’s Angus heifer alsocame in ninth place.Great job <strong>Wise</strong> <strong>County</strong> 4-H’ers.<strong>Wise</strong> <strong>County</strong> Youth FairRemember, the last day to enter yourprojects at the <strong>Wise</strong> <strong>County</strong> Youth Fairis Feb. 12. If you need more information,go to www.wcyouthfair.org.If you ordered broilers for the <strong>Wise</strong><strong>County</strong> Youth Fair, remember that thepick-up day is Wednesday, Feb. 9.
