The planincludes the use of ColonialBank’s “<strong>Association</strong> Pay” serviceto perform daily collection andposting of payments. Automationof this process streamlinespayment processing and itreduces accounting errors.In Sept., the Board signed acontract with Colonial Bank andbegan implementation of the newpayment system. <strong>CMHOA</strong> residentMarc Dully volunteered tomanage the implementation. Thusfar, Mr. Dully has worked withManager Jesse Chargualaf to setup the <strong>Association</strong> account withColonial Bank.
