1.4 Payout for employees terminating due to Ill HealthCORPORATE OR SCHOOLS HR ACTIVITYUse the following process if the employee retired/resigned due to Ill Health andapproval has been received for the employee to be paid out LSL and SalaryLoading accruals which would not normally be paid e.g. when the employee hasmore than 4 years service but less than 7 years service.Process Flow:Follow the above Process Flow to pay out employees terminating due to Ill Health.Begin by reviewing the employee’s Service History.Employee Data Management > Job & Personal Information >Service History1.
