Therefore, we at the POA have invited the OPFA to brief uson these measures and how is will affect retirement funds.This is your chance to hear, first hand, what the purpose of these measures or tools are, how itshould be applied, what adjustments are required to your present work processes (if any) andwhere you can get help from if needed.After the briefing session we will take time out to network and relax…………Conciliation and the ScorecardMakhubalo NdabaMakhubalo Ndaba is a Senior Assistant Adjudicator in the Adjudicator’s Office and an Advocate ofthe High Court of South Africa.After matriculating at Mariazell High School in the Eastern Cape, hecompleted his B Juris and LLB degrees at the University of the Transkei. He was then awarded theBritish Chevening Scholarship to do an LLM degree at the University of Central Lancashire in the
United Kingdom.Makhubalo has worked as a Deputy Chairman of the Revision Court in Soweto(Johannesburg Transitional Metro Council) and as a Senior Industrial Relations Officer forJohannesburg Consolidated Investments. He has also worked as a labour relationsconsultant.Christian SeabelaChristian Seabela is an Assistant Adjudicator in the Adjudicator’s Office.He studied towards his Bachelor of Social Science and Bachelor of Laws degrees at the University ofNatal, which he attained in 1999 and 2000 respectively.
