Here, she tells us how she discovered direct sales, why she stayed, and what she hopes her years as a consultant will bring to Tocara. �� A friend got invited to a home party and didn’t want to go to alone, so I went with �� “Ok, how do I do this?” It seemed to be an opportunity to stay at home and work around my kids. When you have children, they change what is important in your life, and they certainly did that for me. I no longer wanted to be a career woman away from my kids, but rather a mom with a career that revolved around my kids. I still wanted to earn a high income, though, and this looked like a good path.
