As a member of the Branding, Editorial & Creative Services team, he or she will:Create and execute stellar web, multimedia and print projects for client roster, includingposters, logos, flyers, web graphics, diplomas, brochures, newsletters, T-shirts, webpages,email blasts, e-cards, banners, magazine covers, PowerPoint presentations, on-screengraphics and more.Provide creative input and design solutions while maintaining a high level of accuracy,consistency and efficiency.Work closely with customers, peers and interns to develop concepts and designs for eachproduct, event, season or campaign –from initial brainstorming sessions through printing,publishing and delivery.Follow or develop style guides and branding guidelines in all promotional products.Participate in the development of 360° cross-platform promotional initiatives.Select or develop compelling visual imagery that reflects each product’s mission and helpscreatively reach their goals by addressing varied markets and audiencesCombine written and visual design elements in a consistent manner to create a body ofwork recognizable as part of a single corporate or product identity.Edit portals using Microsoft Sharepoint and ensure that content complies with visual,editorial and promotional standards.Maintain an excellent visual sense, a passion for great design with an outstanding eye forcolor, composition, interface design and typography(continued below)CENTRO UNIVERSITARIO TECNOLÓGICO – SEDE PRÓCERES – TEGUCIGALPA, HONDURAS


Qualifications:LAUREATE NETWORK PRODUCTS AND SERVICESHONDURAS NETWORK SUPPORT CENTERUndergraduate degree in <strong>Graphic</strong> Design, Communications, Advertising or related fields.1-2 years of experience developing first-rate print or digital graphic designs, preferablyin corporate in-house departments, advertising agencies or publications.High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is mandatory. Ability to work in both Macintoshand Windows environments is needed.100% Bilingual (English – Spanish)CSS, HTML and video editing experience and skills are desired but not required.Copywriting and proofreading skills are an asset.Portfolio of recent work will be required for review.Extraordinarily creative with a refined sense of aesthetics, design principles and visualmarketing strategies. Keen for researching and applying innovative and contemporarydesign techniques.Strong knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, offset and web printing techniquesand limitations and typography.Resourcefulness is highly-valued, as well as disposition to go the extra mile.Must be highly organized, deadline and detailed-oriented, self-driven and possessexcellent problem-solving skills.Flexible and adaptable to the demands and requirements of a fast-paced environmentwith simultaneous projects, multiple requests and shifting priorities.Must be able to work independently with little or no instruction and supervision and asa member of a small team.If you think you qualify and are interested in working for a dynamic international organization, send your resume tojobsHonduras@laureate.net to set up an appointment before December 15.
