When specifyingOptima Plus for a particular application, it is recommendedthat the user contacts ZAL or their representatives todetermine the attachments and accessories required. Covers,barriers and baffles provide protection from a wide variety ofenvironmental conditions. Gassing covers, cells and flowhousings provide the means of applying gas to the detector.Mounting plates and remote gassing kits enable the detectorto be installed in ducts or in places where obtaining routineaccess is difficult.3.4.2 Standard Weather Protection (2108D0276)Provides the best compromisebetween response time andprotection. Suitable for indoor,outdoor and duct mountingapplications.3.4.3 Sunshade/Deluge Protection (2108D0275)Supplied as standardfor all outsideapplications.
