Annexure - IINON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENTTHIS AGREEMENT is made on December, 2011BetweenELECTRONICS CORPORATION OF INDIA LIMITED, a Government of India(Department of Atomic Energy) Enterprise, registered under Companies Act, 1956, havingits registered office at ECIL Post, Hyderabad-500 062.
