TENDER FOR SUPPLY of V.35 8CH WIRED ENCLOSUREDesign, Development and supply of Aluminium Ruggedized Integrated & Wired V.35 8CHEnclosure, 19” rack mountable which includes design, fabrication, metal finishing,assembly as per following specifications & AC / DC Electrical Wiring with fabrication ofpower & Signal Cables as per Source Drawing No. 256617990000 as per belowmentioned quantities:a) Proto Type Unit – 1 No.b) Bulk Quantity - 48 Nos.Size : 482.6 mm (19”) (W) x 448 mm (D) x 177 mm (4U) (H) .Eligibility criteriaThe Bidders shall meet all the following conditions of eligibility:1. The Vendor should have earlier experience in designing & development andmanufacturing the Ruggedized enclosures of 4U to 6U size handling High Data rateelectronic equipments, which were certified by MSQA/ DGQA etc. of Defence Qualitycertification agencies. The Vendor should submit the copies of minimum 2 purchaseorders received from any Public sector / Government Agency for manufacture andsupply of the above mentioned types of Ruggedized enclosures during the last 3 years,with a minimum order value of Rs.20 lakhs each. Copies of these documents should beattested by CA & submitted to ECIL.2. The vendor shall bring original copy to ECIL for verification and return at the time ofcollecting the Technical documents.3. The turnover of company should be average Rs.100 Lakhs per year for last three years(2008-09, 2009-10 & 2010-11). Annual report showing audited balance sheet, income /loss statement etc. shall be submitted. Copies of these documents should be attested byCA & submitted to ECIL.4. The Parties shall also submit copies of the following certificates with their offerdocuments.a) Company Registration Certificateb) PAN Cardc) Annual Financial Statements certified by Chartered Accountant for last threeyears.d) VAT, CST & Service Tax Registration Certificate.5. The interested Vendors shall collect the technical drawings after signing the NDA withECIL personally along with a non-returnable DD for Rs.5,000/- towards cost of Tenderdocument.6. Format of NDA is attached. The Document is to be signed by the Authorised Signatoryof the Vendor Company. Proof of Authorisation is to be enclosed.7.
