S A N F L A N N U A L R E P O R T 2 0 0 6PRESIDENT’S REPORTSport, and particularly Australian football, has been an integral partof the South Australian way of life for generations and the SANFLhas been a custodian of this tradition for 130 years. As we look back at 2006 and ahead to 2007 and beyond, mostindicators point to a sound base for football in this State. We can beconfident of positive progress going forward. The year, now under review, again saw growth in SA football as aparticipant and spectator sport and further confirmed the SANFL asa significant business. Indeed, during 2006 the SANFL wasacknowledged by Business SA as one of the top 100 companies inthe State - a reflection of the League’s strong financial position, sound business management practices and its key role as a majoremployer and significant contributor to the local economy. In thiscontext, the SANFL and its associated Clubs now employ more than1,500 South Australians and the football industry contributes inexcess of $485 million into the economy annually. This is anachievement that fairly reflects the commitment of the ExecutiveManagement team and the way they have been guided by theFootball Commission and the League’s Clubs. The popularity and interest in the League’s domestic competitionshas been maintained, with increased aggregate spectator numbersand a keen purpose by all Clubs to achieve the ultimate prize of aPremiership. Congratulations to the Woodville-West TorrensFootball Club - it was rewarded in 2006 for its committed persistenceto succeed in the Premiership quest. At the AFL level, the SANFL strongly protects the position that AAMIStadium will host all AFL games scheduled for playing in this State -a position supported by both the Adelaide and Port Adelaide FootballClubs. Consequently the League has launched another round ofsignificant capital investment to improve facilities at the Stadium forthe benefit of all. The SANFL gratefully acknowledges the key rolethe State Government has played and continues to play in theStadium’s developments.During 2006, participation in the game continued to rise - to morethan 72,000 (an 18.5 percent increase over the past four years).Significantly, last year:• more youngsters participated in youth football programs;• four young SA footballers were offered AIS AFL Academyscholarships;• two of our under 18 State Team were selected in the All-Australianside; and• 15 SANFL youngsters were drafted to AFL clubs and 9 were rookielisted. In financial terms it is pleasing to report that the SANFL produced anoperating surplus well above budget enabling financial grants to thenine League Clubs to rise once again - this time to almost $4.4million.However, none of the League’s successes in 2006 came about byaccident. For more than 20 years the SANFL has charted a steady coursethrough sometimes turbulent waters to deliver a quality product forplayers, spectators and the community at large.Forward planning and ongoing review of progress has been thecornerstone of this process and, in line with this philosophy during2006 the SANFL Commission conducted a major review to outline itsstrategic direction for the next three years. This review, which wasconducted with the assistance of the AFL as facilitator, has providedthe foundation for management to ensure that the SANFL:• remains the premier State League competition;• helps its associated clubs maintain a sound financial base andimprove the quality of their facilities;• maintains a culture of cooperation with the AFL and the two localAFL clubs to deliver the best outcomes for football throughintegrated game development programs;• successfully delivers continued upgrading of AAMI Stadium tofurther enhance the customer experience and establish it as thebest managed and maintained stadium in the State;• increases participant and spectator numbers;• further develops community relationships and uses football as avehicle to promote cultural, education and health initiatives; and• provides leadership across key industry sectors to strengthenfootball’s relationship with the community, governmentand stakeholders. Our State League is unquestionably a significant breeding groundfor young players progressing to AFL ranks, and the League, incollaboration with all affiliated Clubs is working closely with theAFL, local councils, State and Federal Governments to upgradeplaying facilities to provide an avenue for participation in thenational game whilst at the same time encouraging people toexercise and lead healthy lifestyles. The League is appreciative of the strong relationship we havedeveloped with the Government and business community and wecontinue to gain much from the strength of our association with ourcorporate partners. We also acknowledge the continued professionalism of the nineSANFL Clubs and applaud the very significant role the AffiliatedLeagues play at the grassroots level. The League has strong and effective working relationships with theAdelaide and Port Adelaide Football Clubs. Their success at theelite level is a very tangible reflection of the magnificent work that iscarried out by football administrators throughout the State, from theAFL club boardroom to suburban and country football clubs. In closing, I would like to sincerely thank my colleagues on the SouthAustralian Football Commission and the League Directors for theirdedicated efforts in guiding the sport forward in 2006.I would also like to acknowledge the ongoing commitment of theSANFL Executive Commissioner, Leigh Whicker and the League’sExecutive Management team, who continue to make decisions andimplement initiatives in the best interests of the game. The year now under review was one of sound progress at so manylevels. Against the background of the strength of our managementteam and the partnerships the SANFL has developed with footballfans, Government, the business community, the AFL and its two localClubs, I look forward to 2007 with confidence that we can continue tomove forward for the betterment of the game.Rod Payze, President2

S A N F L A N N U A L R E P O R T 2 0 0 6EXECUTIVE COMMISSIONER’S REPORTIt is a fact that football is at its best when there is passion andcommitment – from players, spectators and administrators alike.During 2006 these characteristics were again on display throughoutthe SANFL structure, as a result of which the League experienced astrong competition, a sound financial position and growth in its keyperformance indicators. In the process, the SANFL’s standing as the nation’s premier StateLeague was further reinforced.Season 2006 was one of the most competitive in many years, culminating in deserved Grand Final success for Woodville-WestTorrens when the club defeated its nemesis of recent years –Central District. In what was the fifth Grand Final played between these two clubs inthe past seven years, the Eagles triumphed for their first flag in13 years. In many respects, the club’s win reflected the success of the SANFLover that period. Woodville-West Torrens was born out of themerger of two SANFL clubs following the Adelaide Football Club’sformation in 1990 and its entry into the Australian Football Leaguethe following year.In the 13 years that have passed, South Australian football hasdemonstrated remarkable resilience in managing the formation ofa second local AFL club and guiding its formative years. Three AFLPremierships in that period are testimony to the skill anddedication of South Australian administrators and players and tothe strength of support they have received from the community atlarge. The SANFL also defended its interstate reputation following a 17-point victory over Western Australia in May, making it an impressivenine wins from our past 10 State matches. The success of the season – and, indeed, the ongoing evolution ofthe competition in our State – is a tribute to the continued efforts ofall nine League Clubs, who once again worked together in a spiritof collaboration to ensure decisions were made in the bestinterests of the game.enhance a number of spectator-focused initiatives that havealready been undertaken.Over the past 12 years, more than $40 million has been committedto the continued upgrade of AAMI Stadium, with currentdevelopment plans for the next two years totaling a further $22million. A number of other major projects have also beenearmarked, with proposed spending of up to $70 million over thenext five years. This will enable the League to maximise thebenefits of AAMI Stadium as a world-class facility and position thevenue to compete on a global scale for international events.KEY PARTNERSHIPSThe SANFL has always enjoyed strong community and corporatesupport and this was again the case in 2006.GovernmentDuring the year the State Government provided $6.6 million in prepayment of the Government’s share of the Northern Grandstandloan; and a further $5.5 million through a project developmentgrant to improve spectator facilities at AAMI Stadium. Theseinclude improved security, access to facilities and the installation ofa second superscreen. This strong Government assistance has been crucial in theLeague’s efforts to progress the continued development of AAMIStadium as a world class venue capable of attracting national andinternational events for the benefit of South Australians. The U2and Robbie Williams concerts were excellent examples of how theLeague has embraced business opportunities to complement itscore product of AFL/SANFL football.Throughout 2006 the SANFL maintained strong ties with the Officefor Recreation and Sport through our combined public message to“be active”. This message clearly supports the Government’scampaign to emphasise the importance of playing sport to remainfit and healthy.FINANCIAL RESULTSA strong financial position is fundamental if the SANFL is tocontinue investing in the development of football. As such, it ispleasing to report that the League achieved budget in 2006 for the22nd consecutive year. This result was assisted by two AFL finals matches at AAMIStadium, which elevated the SANFL club grants to $4,390,504 – a2.6 percent increase on 2005.At the end of October 2006, the SANFL held an operating surplus$75,352 above budget. This was after grants to clubs and allocating$200,000 for the SANFL Club Facility Fund, which has beenestablished by the League with the objective of providing $1 millionfor upgrading spectator, player and medical facilities at suburbanovals.STADIUM MANAGEMENTIn addition to the AFL minor round and two AFL finals matches,AAMI Stadium hosted two major concerts in 2006. These eventscontributed to a total attendance figure of more than one million forthe year.Reflecting this significant level of patronage, the SANFL hasembarked on an exciting Planned Development Program for thestadium. This program is strategically structured to furtherEXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM: Paul Anderson, General Manager- Marketing and Corporate Affairs; Glen Rosser, General Manager -Football Operations; Leigh Whicker, Executive Commissioner andJohn Lyons, General Manager - Commercial Operations, Strategicand Major Projects.3

S A N F L A N N U A L R E P O R T 2 0 0 6CorporateI would also like to acknowledge the continued support of theLeague’s valued sponsors, including our major partner, the SouthAustralian Brewing Company, and our stadium naming rightspartner, AAMI. During the year, AAMI extended its support for afurther four years to the end of 2010 in what continues to be anoutstanding partnership.MediaThrough negotiation and a spirit of cooperation, the League wasalso able to secure an ABC TV commitment for a further threeyears of SANFL football coverage. ABC TV’s support of the StateLeague through this agreement ensures that every Saturdayafternoon SANFL football will continue to reach our competition’svast number of metropolitan and regional fans in all corners ofthe State. The media’s role in bringing football to the community is anessential element in the continued success of the game and thesupport the print and electronic media gives to the State League iswell-recognised and highly valued by the SANFL. The mediaprovides an important forum for football fans to learn what ishappening in our code, while – at the same time – football itselfprovides a point of interest that draws readers, listeners andviewers to the various arms of the media. The League is delightedthat this long-standing and mutually beneficial relationship is asstrong as ever, notwithstanding the competing influences fromvarious other sporting codes. In that context, I am very pleased to report a modest 2.2 percentgrowth in spectator numbers at SANFL matches. This show ofsupport reflects the continuing commitment of the League and theSANFL clubs to provide a relevant competition in a quality forum.AFL ClubsAt AFL level, the Adelaide Football Club enjoyed a fine season, playing two home finals before bowing out in the Preliminary Finalagainst West Coast. While the Port Adelaide Football Club did notenjoy the success it hoped for, the club did unveil a batch ofexciting youngsters whose continued development will help pushthe Power back up the ladder in 2007.During 2006 the SANFL – as licensee of the Adelaide and PortAdelaide Football Clubs – negotiated fixed licence fees with bothclubs for a five year period commencing 2007. This is a positiveoutcome for all parties and is in line with the AFL’s strategicdirection, which is a critical consideration, since continuation ofthe strong working relationship between the SANFL and the AFLis crucial for the future prosperity of our local game.AFLThe AFL’s successful negotiation of a record television broadcastrights agreement will help provide funding for the SANFL andother State leagues to deliver football programs at all levels –from League level through to metropolitan leagues, regionalfootball and junior development. For the first time in the history of football, a landmark gamedevelopment strategic planning conference was developed by theAFL in 2006, when 350 representatives from around the nationgathered in Melbourne to devise an exciting and aggressive plan tounify the delivery of Australian Rules football across the country. In 2007, AFL funding for game development in SA will beincreased by 52 percent to a level of $1 million. This will enablethe SANFL to establish a dedicated Game Developmentdepartment to devise and manage strategies that will lead toincreased participation rates across the State. In addition, the AFLapproved a $2.5 million grant to assist the Planned DevelopmentProgram for AAMI Stadium. These initiatives reflect the SANFL’s outstanding relationship withthe AFL, which is the keeper of the code. The AFL develops thenational programs and the SANFL and other State leagues deliverthem to the community, in partnership with the AFL.I commend the AFL Commission for its critical role in overseeingthe well-being of Australian football and, in particular, congratulate Chairman Ron Evans and Chief Executive OfficerAndrew Demetriou for their outstanding contributions in 2006. TheLeague also acknowledges the leadership and support of AFLCommissioner Bob Hammond, who assumed the position of ActingAFL Commission Chairman late in 2006 when Mr Evans stoodaside due to ill health. The SANFL and its clubs wish Mr Evans aspeedy recovery.FOOTBALL INDUSTRY LEADERSHIPThe SANFL’s commitment to the continued growth of AustralianRules football and the ongoing professional development of ourindustry is unshakeable. This commitment is increasinglyimportant in the light of concerted efforts by competing codes toattract participants and spectators.By continuing to work closely with the AFL, our SANFL Clubs andAffiliated Leagues, we have dedicated our resources to industryand community leadership. The League’s role in administering the Footy for Gladstone Appealis a shining example of such leadership. The appeal, which waslaunched in May by AFL Commissioner Bob Hammond, galvanisedthe South Australian community and helped raise $573,666 in aremarkable display of unity and support from the widerfootball family.ACKNOWLEDGEMENTSIn closing I would like to extend my personal thanks to SANFLPresident Rod Payze for his ongoing support and to my fellowmembers of the South Australian Football Commission for theirvision, leadership and assistance in 2006.I also thank the League Directors, Board Members, GeneralManagers, officials, players, staff and volunteers of all nineSANFL Clubs, as well as football fans right across the State.I acknowledge and thank both AFL clubs for their terrific supportand co-operation in particular Adelaide Football Club ChairmanMr Bill Sanders and Chief Executive Officer Steven Trigg; PortAdelaide Football Club President Greg Boulton and ChiefExecutive John James.A special thanks to AFL Chief Executive Andrew Demetriou and hisprofessional team who provided fantastic support and assistancethroughout 2006.I acknowledge and pay tribute to the League’s ExecutiveManagement team for their outstanding efforts: General Manager,Commercial Operations, Strategic and Major Projects – JohnLyons; General Manager, Football Operations – Glen Rosser; andGeneral Manager, Marketing and Corporate Affairs – PaulAnderson.Their dedication and commitment – and that of my personalassistant, Vasso Fessas, and every other SANFL staff member hascontributed towards making 2006 such a successful year andputting the SANFL in a position to meet the challenges that areunexpectedly placed in our path, as well as those we setfor ourselves.Leigh Whicker, Executive Commissioner4

S A N F L A N N U A L R E P O R T 2 0 0 63COMMERCIAL OPERATIONSThe past year has not been without its challenges withvarious factors affecting the division’s overall performance.Given these challenges it is extremely satisfying to report forthe 22nd consecutive year the League has achieved anoperating surplus after the distribution of administrationgrants to the League Clubs. The Stadium Matchday Operations continued to be of thehighest standard, which culminated in the hosting of twoAFL finals series matches. The aggregate attendances atAAMI Stadium matches during 2006 was just under onemillion patrons.AAMI Stadium membership entered a new era of exciting andinnovative strategies. The membership packages wererenamed and with revised benefits, an increase inmembership subscription was achieved. In addition, a majorcampaign to attract new junior members was initiated andthe early indications are very positive. In 2005, the League commissioned a consultant to undertakea review of the AAMI Stadium facilities to determine theimprovements necessary to meet increasing player andspectator demands and safety of our patrons. A PlannedDevelopment Program was devised with the objectives toprovide and maintain:• A game-day venue for the patrons of the Adelaide FootballClub, the Port Adelaide Football Club and the SANFL that isof a standard comparable to any other outdoor sportsfacility in Australia• A world-class venue for facilitating state, nationaland international sporting events• International standard function facilities for gamedayusage, community and business events andconference organisersProjects that have already been completed include:• Major refurbishment of the Port Adelaide change roomsand crèche• The purchase of Max Basheer Reserve from the StateGovernment• Suite One – Port Adelaide’s state-of-the-art match day facilityand the new security surveillance technology will be installedover the next two years. The second phase of the program will also include additionalbathroom and public catering facilities, and the refurbishmentof the members’ foyer area. The Commercial Operations department was restructuredearlier this year to include the appointment of a dedicatedmanager of the Catering department, a department that hasonce again contributed approximately 50% of the League’sturnover. The department has continued to grow in all areasand in particular the corporate hospitality area has shownsignificant growth during the past year. The corporatecatering business will be re-branded with the name “EncoreGroup” which will further assist in the development of thisimportant aspect of the Catering department’s operations. It is also important to note that the Crows Tavern had its besttrading year since its inception. The partnership between theLeague and the Adelaide Football Club contributed to thisoutstanding result.MEMBERSHIPThe SANFL Membership department again strived to delivera membership to South Australian football supporters thatprovided access to both South Australian AFL Clubs as wellas the local SANFL competition.AAMI Stadium Junior MembershipSeason 2006 saw the introduction of the AAMI Stadium JuniorMembership. Aimed at attracting more of our youngersupporters from the ‘grassroots’ level, the Junior Membershiphad a positive result in its first year of inception, with just over1,000 Junior Members signing up. A promotional campaignlaunched at the end of the 2006 season targeting new JuniorMembers has proven invaluable with a positive response andinterest gaining momentum as season 2007 approaches.Projects currently under construction that will be completedduring the 2007 season include:• Four public self-serve kiosks• A new self-serve bar and bathroom facilities located in thesouth western area of the Stadium• The installation of a new public address system• Installation of a second superscreen at the southern end ofthe Stadium• Upgrades to the visitors and umpires’ change roomsGovernment funding has been allocated to the installation ofstate-of-the-art security system technology. S A N F L A N N U A L R E P O R T 2 0 0 6RETAIL CATERINGFrom a catering perspective, the 2006 AAMI Stadium AFLdraw was less favourable than that of season 2005, with areduction in our prime Saturday night games by 40% and anincrease in Sunday games by 33%. This programming hasdirectly affected our ability to generate stronger sales. RetailCatering revenue has also been impacted by a decline inattendances at Port Adelaide home matches.CORPORATE CATERING:Functions held in ParkConvention Centre.Despite the unfavourable draw, the Retail Catering departmenthas managed to increase the average spend per person by4% on the previous year, rising from $4.48 in 2005 to $4.66per person in 2006. This is a strong performance consideringthe reduction in Saturday night games and increase inSunday games. In excess of 80% of the total retail revenue was generatedthrough the sale of bottled cold drinks, hot chips, pastries, hot dogs and beer. Increasing sales of these core itemsremains a priority for sustained revenue growth.Sales of Coca-Cola products have seen significant growth, predominantly due to the mild winter, however beer saleshave declined due to an increase in less favourable matchtimes which has been the case historically. Hot chips havealso realised solid growth due to an increase in cookingequipment and awareness of improved production methods.CORPORATE CATERINGThe Corporate Catering division incorporates all functionrooms and corporate facilities both on event days and noneventdays, a growing function of our business. Our event dayoperation involves in excess of 50 kitchen staff and 150 frontof-housestaff who serve up to 3,500 meals concurrently.Event Day Catering – Corporate FacilitiesCorporate Facility and Park Pavilion occupancies have amajor bearing on revenue results, which have once againbeen influenced by the AFL fixture and the time and day ofthe game. Adelaide home games possess a 2.5% lower spendthan Port Adelaide in the Corporate Facilities, however theiraverage revenue per game is $6,970 or 13.3% more per gamedue to their higher occupancy. In the Park Pavilion suites, revenue for Adelaide games was stronger by $3,458 pergame, an increase of 9.6% on 2005. Lower occupancies forPort Adelaide home games resulted in a decrease in revenuefrom 2005 by $47,227 or 1.8% overall.Event Day Catering - Corporate FunctionsThe Corporate Functions department has seven functionrooms operating on match days – The Park ConventionCentre, Stadium Room, Suite One, AFC Premiership Club,Presidents Room, Park Café and AFC Boardroom. The 2006 attendance and occupancy rates were once againreflective of the positioning of the two tenant clubs withAdelaide realising another solid corporate year, whilst PortAdelaide’s corporate support decreased slightly on theprevious year.On average, Adelaide’s event day functions are attended by178 more corporates than Port Adelaide’s, with a resultantRETAIL CATERING6,000,000CORPORATE CATERING6,000,0005,000,0005,000,0004,000,0004,000,000DOLLARS3,000,0002,000,000DOLLARS3,000,0002,000,0001,000,0001,000,000002001 2002 2003 2004 2005 2006YEARS Turnover Net profit2001 2002 2003 2004 2005 2006YEARS Turnover Net profit24

It is anticipatedthat an improved season for Port Adelaide in 2007 willincrease overall corporate numbers and revenue.Non-Event Day Catering – Corporate FunctionsA significant focus in 2006 has been on our non-event dayrevenue through an increase in marketing activity and a focuson generating new business. The 2006 financial year hasrealised growth in this revenue of $178,000 on the previousyear, an increase of 19.5%. A considerable focus will remainon generating additional business to fulfill our ambition tobecome a seven-day-a-week hospitality destination.CATERING DIRECTION 2007The 2007 season will be one of innovation and change as weembark on a hospitality overhaul of AAMI Stadium. The range of food and beverage offered at AAMI Stadium willbe developed to enhance the current offering with theintroduction of new choices and concepts in line with theredevelopment of four kiosks in the 2007 season. A whole ofground approach to retailing will be adopted within theStadium with a 3-5 year redevelopment program of cateringfacilities throughout the Stadium, which includes specialtyshops, bar redevelopments and tray vending. Overall, theapproach will improve the visitor experience whilst increasingthe profitability of the retail department. At the corporate level we will be introducing our new cateringbrand “Encore Group” to our corporate customers that willprovide a catalyst for food innovation and change.Encore Group represents a proactive approach to increasingcatering revenue and sustained profitability. Its introduction willadd appeal to corporate users of the Stadium by representing:• Innovation in menu design• A changing perception of catering within the Stadium• Added value to catered events at AAMI Stadium• Opportunity to leverage additional business from AAMIStadium association to develop outdoor revenue opportunitiesThe Catering department looks forward to the 2007 seasonwith renewed enthusiasm as we work towards a changingcatering offer throughout the Stadium.CROWS TAVERNBuilding on what was the most successful year for the CrowsTavern since its inception, 2006 presented further challenges. It was a year of consolidation with an increased focus onenhancing the exposure of the venue. The key growth area was in gaming machine revenue. Theannual gross income in this area increased by 10.8% to$2,323,546 with a corresponding net revenue increase of$270,750. The High Flyers Gaming Room has continued to thrive, largely due to the quality and mix of the machines and regularpromotional activity, including the Club Card Loyalty System. The on-field success of the Adelaide Football Club over thepast two years, with another two home finals in 2006, haspositively impacted on the Tavern’s operating surplus.Looking forward to 2007, the major challenge for the venuewill be the implementation of a total smoking ban in November2007. In states where this ban has already been introduced, venues have experienced a decline in revenue between15–30%. However those venues that have been well preparedby renovating their facility to include outdoor areas haveminimised the impact of this new legislation. S A N F L A N N U A L R E P O R T 2 0 0 6FINANCIAL REPORTIn 2006, the League generated a record profit of $16.84million. A significant contributing factor in achieving thisresult was the receipt of $12.1 million in capital grants fromthe State Government. Notwithstanding these grants, ourbudgeted surplus was achieved through prudentmanagement and budgeting. Catering income continues tobe a critical component of our business and the on fieldsuccess of the Adelaide Football Club in particularguaranteed large crowds necessary to achieve a strongfinancial result. The grant monies will provide a strong foundation for theproposed future $70 million upgrade of AAMI Stadium.$5.5 million has been earmarked for a major securityupgrade of the stadium, and a new superscreen. Thebalance of the grant monies ($6.624 million) was a lumpsum settlement of a long term commitment by the StateGovernment to assist in the funding of the NorthernGrandstand. This amount has been used to restructure theLeague’s debt profile and will provide a solid base forcapital projects currently in progress, or commencing in thenear future.A significant part of restructuring the League’s debt profilewas the pay out of $4.179 million of loans in 2006, whichreduced total debt by 22%, from $19.308 million in 2005 to$15.226 million in 2006.The League makes a number of grants each year to itsmember clubs. Club Football Development Grants paid to allclubs increased from $400,000 per club in 2005 to $412,000per club in 2006. This equates to a 3% increase, and anoverall total of $3.708 million over the nine clubs. In additionto these, other grants, including prize money, AdministrationGrants and sponsors monies paid via the League totalled afurther $1,000,695 overall. As a consolidated entity, total turnover was $85.4 million in2006 compared with $69.5 million in 2005. This representsan increase of $15.9 million, or a 23% increase. Net assetsof the group have increased from $44.9 million in 2005 to$59.8 million in 2006, an overall increase of $14.9 million or33%. The value of Land and Buildings is currently recordedat historical cost. Recent valuations indicate that the value ofLand and Buildings at the West Lakes site alone is in excessof $100 million. The League’s cash reserves are $11.0 million at 31st October2006, up from $3.8 million in 2005. This increase is due tothe receipt of the grant monies, which were unspent at theend of the financial year. This cash surplus will be utilised asthe Planned Development Program continues. In summary, the League is in a very solid financial position, and is well placed to fund its planned future developments atAAMI Stadium.REVENUE 2006 ACTUALEXPENDETURE 2006 ACTUAL1%CAPITAL REPAYMENTS11%LEAGUE ADMINISTRATION1%INTEREST ON LOANS55%CATERING &CROWS TAVERN17%PARK PAVILIONS &UNITS & BOXES11%MEMBERSHIP41%CATERING &CROWS TAVERN19%TOTAL CLUBFOOTBALLDEVELOPMENTGRANTS6%STADIUM OPERATING4%DEPRECIATION1%HIRE OF STADIUM &GROUND MANAGERS FEES3%AFL LICENCE FEES4%OTHER INCOME4%T&D SPONSORSHIP/GOVT.
