L5TREE SURVEYRequired for:• All developments affecting trees within or adjacent to the development siteThe Tree Survey should be prepared by an arboriculturalist and include, a Tree Constraints Planand a Tree Protection Plan. Where trees are protected by a Tree Preservation Order such asurvey is essential. The location of any trees within adjacent properties that may be affected bythe application should also be shown. The Tree Survey will include a plan with trees and theircanopies accurately plotted, a schedule of the species and condition of each tree, withrecommendations for work.
