Ensto's stand wasawarded at theEliaden exhibitionEuropean Design Management AwardEnsto's exhibition stand at Eliaden in Norwaywas awarded as the second best of all thestands over 50 m2. The criteria included e.g.creativity, company profile communications,preliminary work and service from the staff.Ensto received an honorary mentionin the DME awardEnsto received an honorary mentionin the 2008 international DesignManagement Europe Award competitionin the category for large companies.The basis for receiving theaward is, in particular, the strategicuse of design management to makebusiness operations in a companymore efficient and improve company’scompetitiveness. The awardswere distributed on 13 October inCardiff.Ensto participated in the competitionwith the Impressivo launchcase. All the nominees were asked topresent a poster of how design isintegrated in their strategy, managementand processes to achieve commercialgains. Ensto’s posterdescribed how design was implementedin the different processes ofthe Impressivo launch telling thestory of Ensto during the past 50years.The DME Award is a competition toidentify and award the best designmanagement practices in theEuropean Union 30 Member andCandidate states.
