The controller and/or PC Board faultyor damaged.Replace the compressor discharge temperaturesensor.Reconnect or clean compressor dischargetemperature sensor and wrap it with insulation tape.Replace the controller or PC Board.Replace the Ambient temperature sensor.Reconnect or clean Ambient temperature sensor andwrap it with insulation tape.Replace the controller or PC Board.Replace the Compressor suction temperature sensor.Reconnect or clean Compressor suction temperaturesensor and wrap it with insulation tape.Replace the controller or PC Board.3. Check whether the thermal relay is damaged, if so,replace.11The heatpump is notheating1. User's incorrect operation and/orparameter settings.a) The pooltemperature settingis set too low andthe desiredtemperature cannotbe reached.b) The differencebetween therequired pooltemperature andthe heat pumprestart temperature(L2) is too big.c) Timer functionhas been set to aspecific ON andOFF time, whichdoes not allowsufficient time forthe heat pump tooperate.d) No electricalpower supply to theheat pump (nodisplay on thecontroller).Re-set the pool watertemperature to the correctrange.Re-set by reducing the value ofL2.Re-set the timer.1. Check and ensure that circuitbreakers are ON.2. Test voltage on the PC BoardL/N/G Connectors.3. If power is not restored,replace cable.a) The temperaturedisplayed is morethan 45˚C.Check the pool watertemperature sensor, replace iffaulty.2. Problem with controller or PC Board.b) PC Board isdamaged due toburnt relays.c) PC Boardmicrocontroller chipfaulty.Check and find out the cause,find faulty relay(s) and replace.Replace the PC Board.23
