As a New York designer and design direc<strong>to</strong>r, I honed my skills as<br />

I spent many years predicting forward fashion. My forecasting process<br />

involves keeping a pulse on fashion trends, being intellectually curious<br />

about why changes occur, and spotting newness in the world around me<br />

by scanning art, politics, culture, technology, media, marketing, and<br />

more for the latest developments. After gathering and analyzing repetitive<br />

looks and styles from all around the globe, I develop forecasting presentations,<br />

prepare engaging and carefully crafted narratives, and deliver<br />

the information <strong>to</strong> audiences in visually exciting formats using innovative<br />

textiles, cohesive color palettes, modern silhouette pho<strong>to</strong>s and illustrations,<br />

and stylish layouts. Now, I also teach what I know <strong>to</strong> fashion design<br />

and merchandising college students, preparing them for exciting, challenging,<br />

and truly fantastic careers in fashion.
