PREFACESome of the most misquoted verses concern The Parableof The Ten Talents (Matthew 25:14-30). Misusedverses have a greater connotation than misunderstoodverses. “Misunderstood” is defined as “not knowingwhat one has.” “A talent,” in Biblical times, “was currency”or “money.” The difference between misusedand misunderstood can be quite different. A misunderstooduse of a talent is when a person has moneyand does not believe they have to keep track of it.Some just bury it in an attempt to keep it safe. A misusedtalent is taking something of value and just usingit for selfish reasons. What is the parable really tryingto teach? This difference will be gone through inthis book.We are not a church and are non-denominational.Money is never accepted and we do not solicit any donations. We believe in the premise: “freely received sowe freely give.” Should you want to be directed by Jesus– help the orphans, the widows and the truly poor.Your comments and criticisms are welcomed, pleaseenclose any scriptures we may have missed. We now offer three new CDs: 1) God’s Puzzle solved,Vol I, containing 5 books, 2) CD containing 29 booksalready printed; and 3) CD containing articles onvarious subjects.
