IMPLEMENTATION OF THEFIVE YEAR PROGRAMMEThe GPG’s fi ve-year strategic programme for 2004 to 2009 is theprovincial government’s main mechanism to give effect to its 2004electoral mandate. The programme seeks to signifi cantly enhanceshared economic growth and job creation and push back the frontiersof poverty by 2009.
