This is one of the issues that will also be discussed at theMaintenance Forums mentioned above.You Said: Can there be moreinspections of planned works?We Did: At the moment our maintenance contractor, Mears inspect all theplanned works for us. Broadland Housing surveyors check 10% of those andfeedback any findings to Mears. We always welcome any feedback from you onplanned works that have been carried out.
