There will be an article in the winter edition ofDoor to Door explaining how rents are set and comparing our rents with otherlocal landlords.You Said: <strong>We</strong> need to improvefeedback available from theTenant Forum Meetings andResident <strong>Association</strong>s.<strong>We</strong> Did: In future we will publish the minutes from all forums held on our website(www.broadlandhousing.org). In this edition we haveintroduced the <strong>We</strong>st Team including their Tenancy SupportWorker, Katie Docherty and the work that she does. <strong>We</strong>also promoted the service on our recent ‘Out and About’campaigns.
