<strong>POSITION</strong> SUMMARYThe Engagement Coordinator serves as a central point of contact to provide information aboutthe executive programs and clients to both internal and external customers. The EngagementCoordinator supports the consultants and clients in order to ensure completion of the K/F LTCprogram by scheduling sessions, creating and monitoring assessments and preparing programmaterials.This position will specifically:• Communicate with Account Executive and consulting team about essential programinformation in order to initiate and maintain the executive programs.• Work with different levels within the organization in order to obtain and communicateessential information about the program by initiating contact during the engagement andescalating an issue when necessary.• Support the clients by guiding them through the assessment process, assisting withscheduling and working to resolve customer inquiries.• Enters engagement information to generate billing for program by completing theappropriate forms, obtaining engagement information, entering proposal data andsubmitting engagement paperwork.• Actively manage engagement by validating and entering client data in multiple databases,schedule feedback and coaching sessions, sponsor meetings, and providing supportingdocumentation for assessments and programs for clients, account executives, and coaches.Drive the engagement to completion.• Generate assessments, track completion, produce and print reports and provide technicalsupport to clients and their raters.• Schedule sessions for consultants and clients to ensure delivery of program by contactingclient and matching with consultants schedule, confirming appointments, and allocatingappropriate administrative or travel time associated with the appointment. Ensure conflictsare resolved in advance and materials needed are prepared and available at the appropriatetime.• Manage and maintain calendar scheduling. Requires close monitoring, frequent updatingusing good judgment and strong decision skills. Utilize comprehensive knowledge oforganization and programs to determine appropriate prioritization of meetings andrequests.• Responsible for a variety of administrative and supportive tasks including typing, filing,answering phones, creating program itineraries, printing reports and programdocumentation or typing notes from group programs.PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVESBUSINESS RESULTS• Projects managed are delivered on-time and in a manner that exceeds clientexpectations.ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR, MINNEAPOLISPage 2 of 3
