Vážené dámy a pánové,Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,při tvorbě plánu na rok 2010 jsme vycházeli z předpokladu, žese nás dotkne celosvětová hospodářská krize. Plánovali jsmeproto ve srovnání s rokem 2009 nižší hospodářský výsledek.Tyto plánované hodnoty jsme splnili a v konečném zúčtováníbyl rok 2010 úspěšný. V souladu s naší dlouhodobou strategiíjsme rozvíjeli armatury pro jadernou energetiku, pracovalijsme na nových řešeních a postupech, prověřovali bezpečnostnašich výrobků. Výsledky všech auditů, ať už zákaznickýchnebo vedených akreditovanými společnostmi, byly pozitivní.Podařilo se nám zrealizovat velké zakázky, například pro jadernouelektrárnu Mochovce na Slovensku nebo Kalininská v Rusku.Na tuzemském trhu se nám podařilo udržet si pozici lídra. Přibližně40 % našich dodávek mířilo do energetiky, 25 % do petrochemie,15 % do plynárenství a 10 % do hutnictví. Nejvíce jsme dodávalido České republiky, do Ruska a na Slovensko, mezi další významnédestinace patřilo Polsko, Norsko, Rumunsko, Indie, Čína, Egypta Jordánsko. Celkově jsme v uplynulém roce dodali naše výrobkya služby do 64 zemí po celém světě.Ne všechny výsledky je možné vyjádřit číslem. Dobrým výsledkemje, že jsme si i v těžkých podmínkách udrželi dlouhodoběbudovanou pověst důvěryhodného partnera. Získat tuto pověsta v mnohém předstihnout jiné firmy se nám podařilo předevšímdíky tomu, že máme jasnou a stabilní vlastnickou strukturu. A takédíky tomu, že naši pracovníci vnímají firmu jako „svou“ a vlastnícise i v roce 2010 snažili tento jejich přístup ocenit a zajistit jimnadstandardní podmínky. Pozitivní dopad na přístup pracovníkůmá i to, že jsou organizováni v autonomních týmech, což zvyšujejejich podíl na výsledcích a odpovědnost za plnění úkolů.Rokem 2010 jsme vstoupili do druhého desetiletí existencespolečnosti ARMATURY Group. Ohlédnu-li se zpět za celýmdesetiletím, vidím ohromný rozvoj, kterým naše firma prošla,vidím veliký kus práce, který máme za sebou. Z toho také čerpámesebedůvěru pro další desetiletí. Sebedůvěru pro expanzi, propřijímání významných zakázek, pro dodávky komplexníchtechnologických celků, pro řešení i velmi složitých problémů.Sebedůvěru pro to, být Vašimi obchodními partnery.Děkuji Vám za přízeň, kterou jste nám věnovali v roce 2010. Vladimír Nekuda, MBAgenerální ředitelWhen we were preparing the plan for 2010, we worked underthe assumption that we would be affected by the global financialcrisis. That is the reason why we forecasted lower economicresults in comparison with 2009. These projected figureswere met and, in the final accounting, year 2010 was declaredsuccessful. In line with our long-term policy, we continueddeveloping our valves for the nuclear industry, working on newsolutions and procedures and checking safety standards of ourproducts. Results of all audits conducted, either by customersor by accredited companies, were positive. We also managedto execute large orders, such as delivery for the power stationMochovce in Slovakia or Kalininska in Russia.Above all, we succeeded in maintaining the position of leaderin the Czech market. Approximately 40 % of our orders weredirected to power engineering, 25 % to petrochemicals, 15 % togas industry and 10 % to metallurgical engineering. Among themost frequently serviced countries were the Czech Republic,Russia and Slovakia; other important destinations were Poland,Norway, Romania, India, China, Egypt and Jordan. Altogether, inthe course of the last year, we delivered our products and servicesto 64 countries all around the world.However, not all the results can be expressed in figures. One of themost valuable results is that we succeeded, even under difficultconditions, in maintaining our reputation of a trustworthypartner, which we have been building over a long period oftime. In many aspects, we managed to win our good name andoutperform other companies, greatly owing to having a clearand stable ownership structure. Another reason for our successesis the fact that our employees perceive the company as “theirs”and the owners appreciate this approach and endeavoured toprovide them with above-standard conditions even in 2010. Thispositive approach of employees is also supported by the factthat they are organized into autonomous teams, which increasestheir participation in economic results and responsibility for taskcompletion.Year 2010 opened a second decade of existence of the companyARMATURY Group. With hindsight spanning the last 10 years,I can see the tremendous development which our companywent through and I can see an inspirational work model, whichwe all implemented and conducted. This is also the source of ourconfidence for the coming decade, the confidence for expansion,accepting substantial orders, deliveries of complex technologicalunits and solutions to extremely difficult problems.
