Access to the e-mail portion of the website must be limited to the followingindividuate (in priority order).—(a) Data Center Manager—master code (per employee contract)—(b) Web Manager—master code (for limited access for back up and repair)—(o) Membership Secretary (sub-code)4. FTP and Control Panel access including training;—(a) Web Manager—(b) Data Center Manager—(c) Assistant Web Manager—(d) CFRW President (no training/ but FTP and Control Panel codes for emergencies)5. CFRW membership list access and backup maintenance limited to;—(a) Data Center Manager—(b) CFRW Membership Secretary (primary backup)(c) CFRW President via CD or Flash Drive given monthly or quarterly to be returned to theData Center Manager at the end of the President's term.Recommended Standing Rule Change:1.
