14THE ADMISSIONSTHE ADMISSIONS TO THE INTERMEDIATE CLASSES.The admission to the first year class is undertaken according to the scheduleannounced by the Gujranwala Board. Applications are invited by the CollegeAdmission Committees on the prescribed forms provided in the CollegeProspectus.Applications properly filled in as per instructions given in the Prospectus andaccompanied by supporting documents must be submitted to the College Officeand the receipt must be obtained to this effect on or before the last date, duringthe College hours. Tick out the faculty /discipline or the names of the subjects inwhich you want to seek admission.THE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONSThe Candidates seeking admission to the Intermediate class musthave passed Matric or O’ Level examination.THE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONSThe Applications for the admission, complete in all respects, are to besubmitted on the prescribed college form which is available in theCollege Prospectus. Applications must be submitted to the collegeoffice within the scheduled time as announced by the AdmissionCommittee.THE REQUISITE DOCUMENTS FOR APPLICATIONS(I)(II)(III)Three copies of the detailed marks matric certificate.Two attested copies of character certificate from the Headof the Institution, last attended. In case of private students,the character certificate by a Class I Gazetted Officer/oathcommissioner on a stamp paper may be submitted.Attested copy of Father/Guardian’s Computerized NationalIdentity Card.
