‣ As per Board and university rules, the attendance of all artsand Science subjects along with the Practicals should be up to75%‣ If the attendance is less than 75%, then the students can bestopped to appear in the board or university examination.‣ In case of 10 continuous absentees from the college withoutinformation, her name will be struck off from the college.‣ Those students will be fined, who do not appear in thepracticals or absent from any period or absent from thecollege. Detail of fine is as under:- a) @Rs.5 per period b) @Rs.10 per day.THE PROCEDURE TO GET LEAVE28The students will follow the procedure for leave, as under:-1- The signatures of father or guardian should be imprinted onthe application.2- The leave should be applied before availing and not after it.3- The students name, roll No., Class, and the period for leave,must be mentioned on the application.4- The name of the student will be struck off from the college,in case of 10 days continuous absence during one- month.5- The re-admission fee is Rs=1000/= after cutting the namefrom the college.6- For the applications of umra or foreign visit the copies ofvisa or passport and air ticket should be attached with, andthey are supposed to get the leave granted before the visit.7- During the promotion tests, the application for Umra wouldnot be entertained.8- In case of issuance of leave, student is responsible to informall subject teachers about it. Otherwise they will markabsent.
