30CRITERIA FOR THE ISSUANCE OF LIBRARY BOOKS College teachers can obtain 10 books at a time for a periodof one month. Students of Degree Classes can obtain 02 books at a timefor a period of fourteen days. Students of Intermediate Classes can obtain only one bookat a time for a period of fourteen days. Every student is issued a library I D card. It is stamped onthe date of issuance of books. In case, it is lost a new cardcan be acquired after paying rupees 100 as fine. The book is issued for 14 days. It is must to return it till theappointed date. Otherwise Rs.5 fine will be charged per day. Keep the books carefully. Do not mark or tear any page. Incase of doing so, the fine will be charged equal to the priceof the book. If a book is lost, that is not printed any more; the fine will bedouble than the price of the book. If a book is lost by the member, he is bound to return a newcopy of that book in the library within the prescribed period. If the book is not available in the market or that is notprinted any more, double price of the book will be charged. Encyclopedias, dictionaries, and reference books can only beread in reading room. These books are not issued. The magazines, newspapers can be studied in reading room.Do not mark or tear them.THE LIBRARY SECURITYLibrary security is charged once @Rs.1000/- from First year studentsand @Rs.1500/- from the students of Third year class at the time ofadmission. Students leaving the institution can apply for the refund inwritten with in a period of two years. No claim shall be entertainedafter the said period and all amounts which are not claimed shall bedeposited in the college fund.N.B: students failing to return library books due on them will have noright of refund.
