Similarly district government Sialkot gives stipends to the studentsbelonging to the rural areas of the district Sialkot on therecommendation of the principal. No scholarship or stipend will be given unless a student hasapplied for it on the proper form by the last date of regularenrollment and unless she appears either in person or through herparents before the staff council/committee in the meetingnotified. Merit scholarships are excluded from this rule.
