THE DISCIPLINE-31Peaceful and harmonious academic environment is the source ofpride for Islamians. The College is considered among one of theinstitutions of the District having harmony and unity among thestudents and the staff. Students admitted in this prestigiousinstitution are bound to obey disciplinary Rules and Regulationsmentioned bellow. Violation of the rules is strictly noticed anddisciplinary action is taken by the College Disciplinary Committee. Presence in the Assembly/Dars-e-Quran is mandatory for all thestudents. Students should come in the college in Uniform and a fine of Rs.25/- perday is imposed on without uniform students. A fine of Minimum Rs.100/- and Maximum Rs.1000/- will be imposedon the charge of misconduct /indiscipline by the Disciplinary committeeafter conducting inquiry. Students should cooperate with their teachers and other staff tomaintain peaceful and congenial atmosphere. Smoking, narcotics and the use of Mobile Phone is not allowed in thecollege premises. Students should behave nicely and politely with the teachers and theother staff of the college. They should keep in mind the moral and Islamic values and shouldavoid abusing or talking loudly. Driving motor cycle, cycle, scooter in the college premises is strictlyprohibited. Students should park their motor cycle, cycle, scooter etc atthe college cycle stand which is situated beside the college. Students should display their college card on the front pocket of theirKameez or Shirt. In case the college Card is lost, students can get itissued against their name by paying a fine of Rs.50/-. Untill the newcard is issued; they should keep the receipt of fine as a substitute ofCard. Students having less than 75% attendance shall not be allowed tosubmit their admission forms to the Borad/University. Internal Examinations are held in April and December. Absent or failedStudents are not allowed to be promoted in the next class. Presence in the internal examinations is compulsory. A medical certificate is required to be produced in case of any ailment. The students are not allowed to keep any arm with them. If a student isfound or reported to have any kind of Pistol, knife etc. a police case willgot registered against him.
