ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING <strong>2008</strong>1. The AGM <strong>2008</strong> was held at <strong>Singapore</strong> Polytechnic, <strong>Singapore</strong>, on 29 <strong>Mar</strong>ch<strong>2008</strong> (Saturday). 98 members attended the meeting.2. The minutes <strong>of</strong> the previous AGM were passed with no further amendments.3. The AGM received and approved the <strong>Annual</strong> <strong>Report</strong> for the year ending<strong>Mar</strong>ch <strong>2008</strong> and the audited accounts for the Financial Year endingDecember 2007.4. The proposal for the change in Constitution would be formalized at the<strong>Annual</strong> General Meeting in <strong>2009.</strong>5. The AGM agreed to the proposal not to print the <strong>Annual</strong> <strong>Report</strong>, and onlyprint selected sections.6. The Pr<strong>of</strong>essional Development Scheme (PDS) Implementation Committeeprovided an update on the implementation plan <strong>of</strong> PDS and went through theguide for applicants. The AGM supported the implementation, respondedpositively and sought clarifications on the scheme.7.
