For bare root plant material, the root spread should be as large as the specified diameter<strong>of</strong> the ball or pot.All new vegetation shall have an area equivalent to two-thirds <strong>of</strong> the area defined bythe drip line at maturity to allow for normal growth. All existing vegetation shall havean area equivalent to three-fourths <strong>of</strong> the area defined by the mature drip line. Sufficientspacing between other vegetation, buildings, pavement, and utilities shall be provided.All fences, walls, and other barriers shall be maintained in good repair, meaningstructurally sound and attractive in appearance.
