not limited to, a change in the vehicle use area, type of screening, and general location,size, or type of landscape materials, shall be approved only by submission of a newlandscape plan in accordance with the procedures previously set forth for the approvalof site development plans.The city planner may approve minor changes in the landscape plan which do notchange the concept or intent of the development.All approved landscape plans superseded by an approved revised landscape plan shallbe considered to be null and void at the time of approval of the revised plan.12
