The present Convention and the <strong>Regul<strong>at</strong>ions</strong> shall be deposited with the Organiz<strong>at</strong>ion, and the Secretary-Generalshall transmit certified true copies there-of to all Governments of St<strong>at</strong>es th<strong>at</strong> have signed this Convention or acceded toit.2..
