She is a RICS Skarating Development Partnerand leads the TechnicalCommittee which ratifies thecriteria and tool, in additionto advising on the futuredevelopments of the tool.Ska Rating will helporganisations make informeddecisions about fit-outprojects in the context of thegrowing importance ofsustainability on thecorporate agenda and aburgeoning statute book.
