401(K) SAVINGS PLANToll Brothers offers a 401(k) Savings Plan that gives youthe opportunity to save for your future with before orafter-tax dollars. You decide which option and howmuch to save through payroll deductions.You may contribute up to 100% of your annual payto the plan each year, subject to IRS limits. PrudentialRetirement Services administers the 401(k) Savings Planfor Toll Brothers. Once you become eligible (1st dayof the month following 60 days of service), you mayenroll in the 401(k) plan through Prudential at any timethroughout the year.EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTIONS:You are eligible for employer contributions on the12-month anniversary of your benefit effective date– Matching contributions: $.50 for each $1.00 youcontribute, up to 4% of compensation– Discretionary contribution: 2% of compensationYou may choose how the contributions to your accountare invested among the plan’s various investment fundoptions.
