It prevents the cover from accidentally opening wheninstalled directly on a wall.COVERThe pivots on the cover are keyed, so when the cover is in a certainposition the pivots can slide through the hole in the dispenser housing.Open the cover, apply a little bit of outward pressure close to the pivot,and continue to open the cover. When the holes in the cover match upwith the pivots, the cover will detach.AD BACKINGThis is a 5 ¾” x 8” plastic sheet that holds the ad tight against the cover.FACE PLATEThis is the standard face plate (as shown on page 1) that allows one-byonedispensing. To remove a face plate, pull the side of the dispenseraway from the side of the face plate and remove the side tabs fromwhere they snap into. Once the side tabs are out, pull the face platetowards you.DRIVE THRU FACE PLATEThis face plate was designed to allow the user to remove multiplenapkins in one motion.STAND (XPS models only)Instructions on how to attach the dispenser to the stand can be found inthe Attaching Dispenser to Stand section.2 of 9

Dispenser can be completely disassembled forcleaning, if necessary.TroubleshootingProblem: Napkins are shredding or tearing as they dispense. Inspect the side tabs and the mouth on the face plate (see Parts section on page1). Any contaminate in these areas that the napkins catch on while dispensingcould be causing the issue. If the problem continues after following the previous steps, contact the SCATissue Quality Coordinator. Please try and locate the date code on the case ofnapkins before calling.Problem: Any other problem not stated above. Contact the SCA Tissue Quality Coordinator.Contacting SCABefore contacting SCA, locate and make note of the date code on the dispenser.
